1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Bloomly (“Budget Planner - Bloomly”, the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About Bloomly
Bloomly is a personal finance and budget tracking application for iOS, developed by Sasa Stevic, an independent developer based in Germany.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the App
- Remove proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
4. In-App Purchases
Bloomly offers a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase ($12.99 USD or local equivalent) that unlocks all premium features permanently.
What Pro Includes:
- All 4 themes unlocked (Rose, Lavender, Sage, Peach)
- Unlimited savings goals
- Unlimited custom categories
- CSV export
- Lifetime updates
Purchase Terms:
- Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID
- Pro is tied to your Apple ID (works on all your Apple devices signed in to the same Apple ID)
- No subscriptions. No recurring charges. Pay once, own forever.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
- Refund requests should be directed to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com
5. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch to a new device, use Profile → Restore Purchases to recover your Pro status. This works as long as you’re signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
6. Your Data
Your financial data belongs to you. Bloomly does not collect, store, or transmit your financial information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for:
- Backing up your data via iCloud
- Maintaining the security of your Apple ID
- Reviewing your data for accuracy
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bloomly is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of information
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Bloomly is a personal budgeting tool, not professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for important financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sasa Stevic and Bloomly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Personal injury
Your total liability cap, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the App (maximum $12.99).
9. Apple’s Role
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to:
- Product liability claims
- Claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements
- Claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Sasa Stevic (not Apple) is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such intellectual property infringement claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the App’s release notes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
